An Ignition Interlock Devices (Alcohol Interlock Devices) or IID is basically a small Breathalyzer that helps to measuring the amount of alcohol in the driver’s breath. People may be required to install an IID in their vehicle, generally after a drunken driving offense such as DUI, OWI, DWI, or OVI.
